FLOATING BODY:
The float is made of high-density polyethylene material by blow molding processing and internal special treatment, comprising:
Main float: holding the photovoltaic panels on water. Features: high strength, buoyancy, good stability.
Walkway float: connecting the main float. It keeps distance between the rows of photovoltaic panels component, also can be used as maintenance access.
MAIN FLOAT:
The raw material of the main float is HDPE materials, the float should meet the needs of long-term placement in the water, with UV protection, anti-leakage, anti-aging, anti-hydrolysis performance, its fixed rails and bracket must meet the installation of the buyers' specified component, the wall thickness of the main float is uniform and an average thickness≥3.5mm.
WALKWAY FLOAT:
The raw material of the walkway float is HDPE materials, the float should meet the needs of long-term placement in the water, with UV protection, anti-leakage, anti-aging, anti-hydrolysis performance, and the surface of the walkway float is designed to anti-skid patterns. It not occur any deformation and breakage when normal adult walking on the float, the wall thickness of the walkway float is uniform and an average thickness≥3.5mm.
Accessories
Connection accessories include: supporting pillar, fastener, bolts and nuts. These accessories should be unitized supply and has interchangeable characteristics.
The matching component of the main float, used to fasten the photovoltaic panel by 4 pcs fasteners and high strength screw. lt can play a 'good role in strengthening the photovoltaic panels.
The supporting pillar is made of HDPE material, fixed on the main float, connected with the photovoltaic panel by the fastener, so as to adjust the angle of the photovoltaic panel.
Float bolts nuts is made of HDPE material, bolt is high strength,Excellent shear performance, nut with anti-retreat designed to ensure that fluctuations in the state, the nut will not quit on their own.
Between the main float and walkway float acts as the connection.
