2.Workshop & Packing & Shipment

We make strict Quality testing before packing by professional staff and engineer.

We always make laminated glass in the glass fair, tempered laminated glass and bending laminated glass can be finished in one step.

PLC control system

1.Using PLC control system, all programs are completed automatically.

2.The heating time and temperature technology are adjusted automatically according to the thickness of the glass, reducing errors.

3.Lightning protection and voltage regulation device, enable 220V - 440V 3-phase power supply.

Heating system

1.Heating element adopts 304 stainless steel heating tube.

2.Carpet heating mode is adopted, the upper and lower synchronizing heat dissipation, acting on the surrounding of the glass, which makes sure the temperature in the
furnace rapid and uniform rise.

3. Strong forced convection with the turbo blower ensures the temperature difference in the furnace not exceed 5 degrees.

Vacuum system

1.Adopt German technology to improve the high temperature vacuum pump, vacuum level up to -0.09--- -0.098mpa.

2. The vacuum with oil filter and air filter can avoid the moisture mixed with oil. 

3.The vacuum pump equipped with vacuum buffer tank will keep vacuum for 24 hours, even when suddenly electricity interrupt,the vacuum will be kept also.

4.High temperature resistance, high tear resistance silicone bag, the raw material imported from USA, 3mm thickness, stackable glass thickness reaches to 40mm. Can be used for 4000-5000 times.

Silicone bag

1. Tthe raw materials are imported from overseas ,this is a kind of high tear resistant and high temperature resistant silicon bag with better seal and longer service life.

2. Each silicone bag has 2pcs of meshes to protect silicone bag from being broken by glass.

Automatic hydraulic lifting platform. 

1. The lifting platform adopts the elevator lifting mode, which can reach any floor. Just select the specific layer number of the touch screen and press the button, in this way, we improve the utilization rate of the equipment.

2. The width of the table is 1800mm instead of 1355mm, more reliable and much more loading capacity.

The processed products mainly apply to outdoor architectural and indoor decoration glass, including windows and doors, glass curtain wall, stair handrail, green house, jewelry counter, glass partition, shower room, LED, PDLC smart glass and bullet-proof glass, etc.

Q: Could your machines laminate bent tempered glass?

Re: Yes. Our machines can laminate large-size bent tempered glass in one step, which is very easy to operate. This is our unique advantage.

Q: How many temperature stages your machines can set?

Re: In order to ensure safety, efficiency and yield, we generally set five sections from low temperature to high temperature.

Q: When will your machine ready for delivery after our prepayment?

Re: Normally within in 30 days after receiving prepayment.

Q: What about the terms of payment?

Re: Normally 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment by T/T. L/C and other terms are also available.

Q: Does your machine have any certifications?

Re: Yes, we do. Our machine have got CE certificate of European union, ISO9001 management system certificate. TUV certificate of Germany, PC certificate for Saudi Arabia, and so on. We can also meet your other requirements.

Q: Could the laminated glass used for exterior?

Re: Yes. The laminated glass with super clear EVA can be totally used for exterior.

Q: How to operate the machine? Is it difficult?

Re: No, our machine is very easy to operate. The machine will work automatically after you setting the parameters through the PLC touch screen. We send you operating manual with the machine, we also have video for operation for your reference. If necessary, our engineers can go to your factory to install and commission, and teach you the production methods and operation skills
