XTHL200-500 electric heating annealing furnaces are applicable to the annealing treatment of glass bottles/glass vials in order to realize the elimination of its stress.

QTHL200-500 gas heating annealing furnaces are applicable to the annealing treatment of glass bottles/glass vials in order to realize the elimination of its stress.

Explanation of Product Structure
The equipment mainly consists of the furnace body, drive system, electric heater, electrical cabinet, etc. The furnace body includes a pre-heating setting, heating setting, insulation setting, and annealing setting. To facilitate transportation and installation, the furnace body is divided into two parts, which can be installed by connecting in sequence. The drive system includes the motor, transducer, reduction gears, mesh belt, drive rollers, etc.
Installation and Commissioning
(1) The equipment installation must be completed on solid and level ground.
(2) The installation position of the equipment must be determined in accordance with the overall layout of the production line.
(3) Place the furnace body in the proper sequence, fasten it with the corresponding screws after the proper adjustment of the center line and level it with the leveling base.
(4) The allowable deviation of the furnace body connection is 1.5mm.
(5) The vertical deviation between the center line of the roller and that of the equipment is 2mm.
(6) The allowable deviation of the levelness of the roller center line is 2mm.
