Audited Supplier Electric Sealed Nozzle Band Heater/Heating Element with Steel Braided Wire
Electric Brass Nozzle Band Heaters are available in a variety of designs and styles suitable for different applications. The connection between the heating element and the leads is protected by a special fitting made of brass 1 mm thick, without welding which allows a high mechanical strength in the most delicate area of the heater. The result is more efficient heat transfer-a performance solution lowering element wire temperatures and increasing heater.
Brass sealed nozzle heaters are submitted to extremely high pressure that ensure high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal voids, perfectly smooth contact area for an optimum and uniform heat transfer to every part of the nozzle. They are available in mica, ceramic, micro tubular and sealed type. Nozzle band heaters with inbuilt thermocouple are also available. We suggest micro tubular nozzle heater with inner brass bushing and outer SS strap for high temperature applications.
