Canine Distemper Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kis based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.
Collection and preparation of sample
1.Canine conjunctiva.
2.The sample should be tested immediately after collection. If not, they can be stored at 2~8ºC for 24 hours. For longer storage, Freeze at -20ºC. Frozen samples should be brought to room temperature (15~30ºC) prior to use.
