About DuDu
Dudu Succulent was established in 2012 in Qingdao, China, focusing on succulent planting and sales for ten years
We currently have almost all types of succulents in mainland China, as well as matching gardening accessories. We want to cultivate every plant carefully. We don't want a succulent to be sold to you for too short a period of time, because it will make it in a bad state.
Through long-term cultivation, the succulents we sell will have thicker rhizomes, brighter colors and larger sizes, and we will strictly control the moisture of the succulents so that they can appear in their best condition.
Packaging and Shipping
Because succulents are living plants, each plant will be soiled, dried and dried to control moisture before packaging, so that they are more likely to survive when they are delivered to you. We will wrap the plants in toilet paper or cotton, and put them in the appropriate carton according to the quantity you purchased.
We usually use express or air freight, so that the succulents you buy can be delivered to you as soon as possible. If you buy a large quantity and can pass through customs normally, we can also use sea freight.
Transportation time
Generally, we need 3 to 5 days to pre-process the plants, and they will be shipped immediately after processing. If it is by air or express, it usually takes 5-12 days. If it is by sea, we will communicate with you the schedule and time
Lead and Transportation time
We can ship products to Asia, Europe, America, Oceania. If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to deliver goods, such as national policy adjustments, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place an order
We will prepare and ship your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.
The transportation time will be different in different regions, it generally takes 5-12 days.
Q1. Can I have a sample before placing the order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2.What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A:The minimum order quantity is 200 pcs.
Q3.What to do if plants are damaged during transportation?
A.If the succulents arrived in bad condition, such as rotten, damaged, pls take pictures and then send us within 72 hours afteryoureceived . We'll replace them for free in your next order.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks or more time,it depends the order quantity.
