DISPERSANT 3850 is 100% active polymeric dispersant designed to disperse carbon black as well
as organic pigments. It is fashioned to have a wide compatibility with organic solvent and resins andto achieve a well-dispersed and stable state of dispersion. It is a premium dispersing agent to satisfy the toughest coloring requirements.

Use:
1) Polyether polyol dispersion for PU foaming.
2) Solvent-based industrial ink, paint.
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Organic Pigment 8-12%
Carbon Black 10-20%
High surface area Carbon Black 40-60%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 3850 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
