Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate for heater
Infrared Ceramic Burner Plate is widely used in gas radiant heaters. It occurs inside the holes; and the heat energy is radiated high-efficiently using ultra-red rays, avoiding energy loss through visible light. The interlaced corrugated surface of the ceramic tile combined with the honeycomb design basis provides a superb surface area and working burning surface. The oxygen mixes completely with the gas, burning without flame, emitting high efficiency far infrared rays and radiant heat, saving up to 40%-50% energy cost.
