[Production description]
Denim silicone oil SC-76004 is a new multi-element copolymer silicone softener, which can give fabrics a soft and plump feel. It is suitable for soft finishing of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber fabrics.
[Production characteristic]
1.The product has good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, and shear resistance, and is safe and stable to use.
2. Suitable for all kinds of fibers, soft and fluffy.
3. This product is especially suitable for washing denim, sweaters, and ready-made clothes for fluffy and soft finishing.
4. It has low yellowing and low color change characteristics.
5. Does not contain APEO, NPEO, and meets environmental protection requirements.
6. Has good anti-backwetting performance.
[Using method]
1. Recommended process
A: Dipping process: dosage between 1~3%
(The amount of dosage depend on varies with different fibers, please adjust it according to actual needs.)
B: Padding process: Dilute solution 20 ~ 50g/L
The pH value of working fluid should be kept below 7 (the best is between 5.0-6.0, which can be adjusted with acetic acid)
2.It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.

1.Stir well before use.
2. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
