General Description
SCA Series Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge is constructed of high throughput and high
removal rating nylon membrane with electronic grade low precipitation PP
component.Which is much suitable for the final filtration of photoresist.

the photoresist are removed.

The filter cartridge is made of high purity electronic grade material to ensure low precipitation.
