Introduction
The automatic filter material tester can simulate the actual use environment of the mask or filter material, and test the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance based on the oil mist and salt mist methods required by the standard.
The test parameters meet the requirements of the test methods in NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84 and GB / T 2626 standards.
In addition, the automatic filter tester can also test the permeability of the filter material, the test pore size: 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8;

Testing Principle
Oil mist method:
The dry oil-free compressed air enters the aerosol generator at a certain flow rate to produce aerosols with a certain particle size distribution. After being sieved by a cascade impactor, the particles with a particle size distribution that meets the standard requirements are discharged from the aerosol outlet and enter the test pipeline.It reaches the filter material. Different pressure sensors are installed on both sides of the filter material. During the test, the number of particles upstream and downstream of the filter material is monitored; the entire test process is carried out with a certain flow rate or air volume.
Salt spray method:
The dry oil-free compressed air enters the aerosol generator at a certain flow rate to produce aerosols with a certain particle size distribution. And for the salt mist aerosol, it needs to be heated to produce salt particles. The method is: mixing the aerosol that meets the particle size requirements with the heating gas, and then the water in the aerosol is evaporated to produce salt particles.It reaches the filter material. Different pressure sensors are installed on both sides of the filter material. During the test, the number of particles upstream and downstream of the filter material is monitored; the entire test process is carried out with a certain flow rate or air volume.
