DDZY876 is a prepaid single phase split electricity meter, developed by Shenzhen Techrise Electronics Co., Ltd. The meter conforms to the STS standard and accepts the input of a 20-digit token, containing the credit data to be transferred. At the point of purchase of a credit card, the point-of-sale gives the user a token, which the user then enters into the meter through a keyboard. After confirming this token, the electronic table will accept the credit represented by this token and recharge it.
The split meter consists of two units:
- Measurement and control unit (MCU) : Responsible for measuring electrical parameters (kWh, power, current, voltage, etc.).
- User interface unit (CIU) : Placed in the user's home, it can be used to recharge the electricity meter and check the parameters and operation status of the electricity meter.

Dimension of CIU:
1. The Pulse LED: When the power is used normally, the LED flash.
2. The Alarm LED: When current reverses, the alarm LED flash. When the cover is opened or the balance energy is 0, the relay inside the meter is cut of and the LED is on.
3. The Credit LED:
1). kWh=0, LED Red and always on + sound, relay cut off.
2). More than 0, less than 5kWh: LED red flash+sound.
3). More than 5, less than 10, LED red flash.
4). More than 10, less than 15, LED green flash.
5). More than 15kWh, LED green always on.
4. The communication LED: When the CIU communicates with the meter, the LED flash.
