The forming methods of longitudinally welded pipes are divided into roll forming, flexible forming and fully automatic flexible forming. The unit developed by our company adopts roll forming for small diameter (Φ≤114), and flexible forming or fully automatic flexible forming for medium and large diameter (Φ≤711).
In recent years, our company has also developed precision control molding. The advantage of this molding is that through precise control, the quality of rough molding is very good, and there is no need for fine molding to correct the tube shape. Therefore, the precision molding of this molding method does not change the roll. form. In this way, all the forming machines do not need to replace rolls, which solves the problem that the previous unit does not need to change rolls for rough forming, and the rolls must be changed for fine forming, which saves roll investment, reduces the time for changing specifications, and improves the efficiency of the unit. And when changing specifications, it adopts full computer control. As long as the pipe diameter, wall thickness, material and other parameters are input on the computer, the roll will be automatically in place. Greatly improve the efficiency and yield of the unit. This molding method is suitable for medium and large units, and models from 219 to 711 can be used, which greatly saves investment and improves efficiency.
Straight seam high frequency welded pipe units are divided into API models and national standard models according to product usage.
API models are mainly used to produce high-grade steel pipes such as oil and natural gas pipelines and oil well casings. They have strict requirements on the material and quality of the products. The unit is equipped with intermediate frequency annealing, air-cooled rollers, ultrasonic testing, high-pressure hydraulic testing machines, and diameters. Machine and other testing equipment and process equipment.
National standard models are mainly used to produce low-pressure fluid pipes, structural pipes and other steel pipes.
