Automatically Feeding H/U/I Beam Steel Profile CNC Cutting Machine
1.Strutual steel: H/I/U/L structual steel cutting,triangle steel.
2.Cutting range: 100-900mm in width/height/6m,12m,15m in length,or csutomize.
3.Can equip with 1 or more cutting torch,such as laser,falme or plasma,can cut different thickness and different
kinds of metals,eg.,can cut carbon steel up to 200mm,for details please refer to the "Cutting mode and cutting
thickness"TABLE below.
4.Automatic ignition when cutting by flame.
5.Cutting shape :can cut all shapes faciliating the fabrication.
Features:(1) When the equipment is running, it is clamped and positioned by hydraulic pressure, and the material is
automatically fixed-length feeding.
(2) One plasma power supply can be selected according to customer needs, which can cut low carbon steel within
16mm in batches
(3) The cutting speed and accuracy are controlled by the five-axis servo motor.
(4) The system is a six-axis system, which can realize the bevel cut of the H-shaped steel wing plate (generally,
the manufacturer has a 5-axis, which cannot realize the bevel cut of the wing plate).
(5) The total power of the machine is ≤25KW
(6) The overall dimensions of the equipment (length*width*height): 18m*1.8m*2.1m, site use (length*width*height):
20m*1.8m*2.1m.Machine weight: about 1.5 tons.
