     YRTM200 rotary table bearing consist of a thrust/radial housing washer, a thrust/radial shaft washer, a thrust washer, two Axial needle roller and cage assemblies and a group of radial cylindrical roller . The Housing washer and shaft washer have equally spaced fitting bolt. This kind of bearings( YRTM200)can support high axial load and radial load ,and it also have high tilting rigidity and high precision. YRTM200 rotary table bearing is based on theYRT200 rotary table bearings, it is mounted with magnetic angle measuring system, in order to accurately measure and adjust the angle of the bearing rotating and make sure the high rotation speeds.The Measuring system is composed of transmission chain and measuring scale. It adopts pure inductive measurement principle, so the signal,and the precision of measuring is very high. YRTM200can work reliably without too much maintenance; the application scope is very wide. It can be applied to high precision rotary table and axis rotation, index head, military radar, aviation, aerospace and the field with the high accuracy of Angle rotation in the measuring and the Test equipment.

Design & Installation for YRTM200:
Structure with the requirements shown in Figure 1
Retaining screws secure the bearing components during transport. For installing the bearing easier, the screws should be loosened before fitting, and secured again or replaced by positioning screws after fitting.
The L-section ring can be fitted with unsupported or supported ring.
a)  Without supported ring, the bearing type is YRT.
b)  With supported ring, the bearing type is YRT-VSP.And the whole surface of L-section should be supported.
Mounting forces must only be applied to the YRTM200 rotary table bearing ring to be fitted, never through the rolling elements.
Tighten the fixing screws in crosswise using a torque wrench (shown in figure 2).
Don't separate or interchanged bearing components during fitting and dismantling. 
Starting friction torque can be 3 to 3.5 times as high as the value of friction torque in the dimension tables.
 
YRTM rotary table bearings are greased by a lithium complex soap grease and can be lubricated via the outer ring and L-section ring.
