Scope of application

The MC20 system magnetic material de-ironing system is specifically designed to remove harmful iron components contained in the ore. It is mainly used for removing iron from magnetic material conveying belts such as sinter, lump ore, pellets and iron fine powder.
The system relies on its unique magnetic circuit design to separate the selected materials multiple times, thereby separating the iron parts that cause damage to the production line from a large amount of ferromagnetic materials with the least amount of material to achieve the prevention of belt scratching and protection. The purpose of the post-sequencing crushing equipment.

working principle
When the metal detector detects the incoming iron signal, it transmits the signal to the control cabinet. The control cabinet activates the belt type iron remover belt at the right time and precisely activates the excitation. When the iron piece reaches the main magnetic pole, the surface or deep iron piece and some magnetic materials are simultaneously sucked up by the momentary strong excitation. Immediately after the iron piece is sucked up, it is kept in the state of being excited, and the material is no longer sucked up to minimize the amount of material sucked up, and the amount of material to be taken out is reduced. The sucked iron piece and the magnetic material are moved backward by the belt of the iron remover to perform the first magnetic separation. In the first separation, the large piece of magnetic material will fall back onto the conveyor belt. The material continues to travel with the belt to reach the magnetic separation area with special magnetic field arrangement, and then through multiple sorting of the sorting area, the magnetic material is dropped back onto the conveyor belt.

The remaining iron is thrown into the unloading launder, thus achieving a final complete separation of the iron and magnetic material. Excitation of the iron separator main unit is completely stopped, and the iron strip is delayed.
