1.1  Introduction:

BGLS-III Tube Machine is successfully researched, designed and manufactured by our company with the advanced technologies home and abroad on our tube machine of the second generation. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, the BGLS-III is high automatic. Compared with the machines of the same kind home and abroad, it boasts of lower investment, higher productivity, lower consumption, easier operation, automatic warning on failures, non-stopping roll re-feeding, accurate position of rotary cutting, easier maintenance and more stable performance. This machine is mainly composed of automatic roll-releasing device, connecting platform, storing case, automatic margin-cutting mechanism, automatic tube-forming device, high frequency welding mechanism, vertical and level traction devices, automatic tube-feeding mechanism, automatic synchronous revelling cutting mechanism and computer control system. It has awarded the national patent, and the patent number is 02219950.0. And the patent number of its high frequency welding device is 002119963.7.

2.1  Introduction:

B.ZJ-II Plastic injection & forming machine is developed based on our second generation injection machine and advanced foreign technologies. 3.1  Machine application:

This machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries, suitable for aluminum foil sealing and automatic screw cap of all kinds of aluminum-plastic laminated tube and plastic tube.
3.2  Machine description:
The machine adopts gap dividing mechanism for circular rotary mechanism, precision gap inversion, and around it there are set following functions: automatic tube devices, aluminum foil sealing device, secondary heating sealing device, screw capping device, and secondary screw capping device. The above institutions and device is action under the control of PLC coordination. And in turn to finish the work of automatic tube feed, testing tube feeding condition, aluminum foil sealing, firstly screw capping, secondary screw capping, and tube out. Gap dividing mechanism adopts precision indexing CAM. Driven by motor. And motor speed controlled by the variable frequency. Reasonable distribution the working time of transposition and institution for each station. Transfer balance. And accurate positioning. Running speed can be adjust by the user, it can meet the general requirements of customer.
