Convenient Operation Six Storey Lifting and Traversing Car Parking System

Operation

Operation principle of the six storey lifting and traverse garage: the car entrance and exit are on the ground floor. The parking plate on the top floor only performs lifting movement, the parking plate on the bottom floor only performs traverse movement, and the middle floor can perform both lifting and traverse movement. The lower five floors are provided with vacant spaces. The parking board changes the vacant spaces by moving sideways to lower the cars above the vacant spaces. The cars at the bottom can be taken out without moving.
Features:
1. steel wire rope lifting, stable transmission and low noise;
2. the lower vehicle can park the superelevation vehicle according to the customer's requirements;
3. it is equipped with fault detection, alarm and code display functions to realize rapid fault handling;
4. high land and space utilization ratio;

Features:
1. The top floor parking board only performs lifting movement, the bottom floor parking board only performs lateral movement, and the middle floor parking board can perform lifting movement and horizontal movement to realize vehicle access;
2. The parking system is a four column mechanism, which has diagonal braces between the frames to improve the strength and rigidity so as to ensure the smooth operation of the system;
3. The system is controlled by PLC program to realize automatic lifting and traverse;
4. It is applicable to the underground or ground plane space of the building, outdoor installation of system needs to add a rainproof sheding.
