16*8*8ft cold room for vegetable. Cold room size is 4870x2430x2430mm, the thickness of insulation panel is 100mm with 0.426mm color steel. The size of the door is 800*1800mm. The temperature range is 0-5ºC. The voltage is 220v/380v/415v. The brand of compressor is Copeland/ Bitzer.

PU PANEL

Polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer skins and hence is known as PU sandwich panels. we are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications... Those two layers are available in profile with zinc-coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum, stainless steel, or other material sheets.

Because the internal temperature of blast freezer room is low, we usually recommend using 150mm/200mm. Thicker external thermal insulation structure can reduce the loss of cold energy and reduce power consumption.
