The water bath consists of bath, motor stirring, magnetic pump with external circulation, heating and refrigeration system and electrical control parts.
 

1. The digital display temperature controller controls the temperature, measures accurately, and has the function of error correction.
2. The heating and cooling parts in the water tank are semi-closed and easy to clean.
3. Connect the external equipment (needle penetration thermostat), turn on the circulating pump to start water circulation.
4. The refrigeration system is compressor refrigeration with low noise.
5. Using the temperature control method of cold and heat balance, the constant temperature effect is good and the precision is high.

1. The power indicator is off
It means that the power supply has not entered the instrument. After confirming that the external power supply is normal, check whether the switch is in good condition.
2. The temperature in the box is low and the heating indicator light is off.
Check whether the contactor has power, or whether the contacts of the contactor are ablated. If the indicator light is on and the temperature in the box is very low, it means that the heating tube is broken.
3. The temperature in the box is high and the refrigeration indicator light is off.
Check whether the temperature controller and the refrigeration system line are disconnected. If the indicator light is on, check whether the overload protector starter is in good condition, if the inspection is normal, the compressor is broken
line to replace.
4. The temperature difference in the box is large
Check whether the fan is working. If the cooling indicator is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged.
