Product Description

GDZ is the machine developed by our company after the introduction of both domestic and foreign leading technologies. It is a light, electric, pneumatic and machinery integration. With its high-tech setting, the machine can have stronger production performance and higher working efficiency for customers' requirements of quick cartoning. Besides, the machine can keep stable and reliable even during high-speed operation.

The machine is applicable in fields of foodstuff, pharmaceutical industry, daily chemicals, enter-tainment and hardware to carton products automatically. It is convenient to adjust automatic feeding device and control cartoning speed on the touch screen. The machine can also automat-ically detect products online, print batch number, mechanically seal the cartons (or seal them with hot melt glue), reject the unqualified and discharge the end products.


Main performance and structural features

1. PLC control system, frequency converter and other electric components are all outsourced from international brands.
2. The equipment adopts HMI operation system.
3. The equipment stops automatically when it is overloaded.
4. Cartons without products or leaflets will be rejected.
5. The equipment can display errors, alarm and count end products.
