Features:

Washing part

1)Bottle clip and sent is made of precision casting SUS304.
2)The rotation of the clip is controlled by the shift device setting under the nozzle.
3)The sealing material contacting with the product is the food grade material which can resist to ozone.
4)Adopt the splash water device in washing water.
The QS Bottle rinser is very high efficiency and good effect in bottles washing .And it can be operated and maintained conveniently. This product line adopted the technology that used in 90 s Germany SEN.

Filling part

1) Stainless steel structure: Filling valve is made of SUS304,.There is a guide ring in filling valve which can avoid friction; O rings are high temperature resistant and sealed performance is good. The filling speed is fast and the liquid level is accurate. The finished product storage tank is made of SUS304. and with an automatic liquid level control system.
2) Adopt pump to fill. There are many advantages, such as high filling precision, fast filling speed etc.
3) Sensors are installed which leads to easy operation and maintenance.

Capping part(magnetic cap type)

1) A high yield of cap-fastening. Magnetic cap type.
2) It's available to adjust the tightness of screwing and suitable for various lids sealing.
3) Importing foreign advanced technology, solved unstable factors of the domestic machine.

Automatic Cap elevator

The device including cap tank, cap sending pipe, blower, sending device and electrical control. This cap sending speed can be adjusted by the electronic detection device.
