Each faucet is wrapped with a cloth bag and bubble bag in colored Azeta boxes. There are 12 pieces of faucets in one carton. Azeta also accepts customized package if you have special requirements. Generally, Azeta will arrange shipment 22 or 25 days for a 20 or 40 feet container.

A For the faucets, we have 3 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side were found in this
peri-od, we will send you the replacement in your next order.
Q What is your MOQ ?
A 100pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you
can test our product quality before normal order.
Q What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime ?
A We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including : Spain Sedal & Taiwan KCG Cartridge : 500,000

Q What about the delivery time ?
A It takes about 15 days for trial order quantity less than 1000pcs , About 25 days for 20ft ; about 30
