Product Description:
The nut vibrating disc marking machine adds a nut vibrating disc feeding device.
Composition of nut vibrating cup marking machine
It comprises a marking machine cabinet, a marking light path component, a manual lifting group, a three-color warning light, a display, a keyboard drawer, a nut vibrating disc, a nut conveying line and a vibrating disc shelf.
Working principle: the nuts are placed in the vibrating plate. After the vibrating plate is started, shake the nuts to the conveying line according to the principle. As the conveying line reaches under the marking head of the marking machine, the marking head is visually positioned and marked.

1. Nut vibration plate: many nuts can be stored at one time.
2. Laser marking head: configure visual positioning for faster and more accurate marking.

5. There are 3 side push cylinders in the marking area to make the workpiece to be marked more orderly and accurate.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
