Working environment:
1.0 - 40 (ºC), relative humidity <70%;
2. Altitude: not more than 2500 meters;
3. Avoid being exposed to rain, moisture, heat, heat or direct sunshine. The cooling vents and the surrounding objects should have a distance of not less than 40cm;
4 to prevent work in corrosive liquids, or gas, dust, conductive fibers or metal debris more places;

Foil coil can solve the problems of low voltage, short-circuit stress of high current coil winding products is high, ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation effect, spiral angle of winding, unstable quality of manual welding and so on.
At the same time, the winding end of our company is sealed with resin, solidified, moisture-proof and anti-fouling. Lead copper bars are welded automatically by argon arc welding.

8.The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage coil. It can automatically detect and display the working temperature of the phase coil, and has the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.
