The shuttle-shape bow (narrower bar at two ends) is the unique design for our casing centralizer. This design has higher restoring force, anti-drag feature and more beautiful appearance than normal single piece centralizer.
The baking varnish matt coating on the surface of centralizer looks more beautiful.
The extending straight bows near two end collar achieve higher restoring force.
The bulgy bars in middle of each bow have better restoring function.
Introduction
Bow spring centralizers are to help center the casing in the wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations.
The single piece casing centralizer is made from special high strength steel (65Mn steel), which gives more excellent hardness and spring action than other types of centralizers.
