Single-head electric tube performance requirements:

1. heating time

At the test voltage, the temperature rise from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should 

not exceed 15 min
 

2. rated power deviation

a. In the case of sufficient heat, the component of the rated power of the deviation should not exceed 

the scope of the following provisions;

b. For components rated at less than or equal to 100W: ± 10%;

c. For components with a rated power greater than 100W, + 5% to -10% or 10W, whichever is greater.
 

3. leakage current

a. Cold leakage current and water pressure and sealing test leakage current should not exceed 0.5mA;

b. The thermal leakage current at the operating temperature should not exceed the calculated value in the

 formula, but not more than 5mA;
