Our first factory -- Fujian Dehua Huaxia Ceramics Co., Ltd., is family held and was founded in 1987. From start to now, we specialize in the manufacture and export of custom ceramic products, especially handling those OEM projects on a long term basis for our overseas customers - mainly from Japan & U. S. With very strict quality demand. See our OEM products for a few representative examples - giftware, arts crafts, dinnerware, mugs/cups & plates, etc.
In handling OEM projects, experience becomes an overwhelming important factor instead of any automatic equipments. Based on Dehua, a famous traditional porcelain capital of China, we have accumulated very rich ceramics know-how and manufacturing experience - ranging from processes of sculpturing, molding, pouring, machine forming, as well as formulation databases of ceramic clays and glaze colors, to temperature maintenance during firing process. It′s established mainly for the purpose of R&D, small lot producing, inventory items produced by both of our factories, as well as exploring new global markets. The accumulation of our ceramics manufacturing knowledge will be applied here, and we will develop new products on a regular basis after this new factory is put into operation.
