CO2 mixing machine
Mixer machine is using injecting gas-water mixer is specially designed for soda and non-soda drinks such as lemonade, cola and juice, as well as for other soft drinks such as mineral water, grape juice, juice wine and apple juice.
In comparison with other domestic equipment of the same kind, it achieves functional completeness, great adaptability, a new structure, nice appearance, and high automation, action coordination, continuing production, good mixing and excellent electric control.
The volume ratio of CO2 and 1L water is 2. 5 to 2. 8.
The pre-cooled and pre-carbonized liquid flows through the inlet valve into the pot, in which, there is carbonic acid gas as well. The liquid flows out the groove and turns into a liquid curtain for better cooling and good carbonic acid gas absorption. Finally, the treated beverage liquid, powered by the carbonic acid gas pressure, flows into the filling machine.
Quality materials are used for this machine. Especially polished and sanitary steel is used for parts directly contacting the liquid. The machine is designed for various beverage productions. Besides the two-step carbonization, high CO2 content and low production temperature ensures the volume ratio of CO2 and 1L water to be 3. 5 to 4. 0, or higher.
1. Automation with Alarm:
The pressure in all tank and the liquid level of the machine are all controlled automatically with PLC. Once a error occurs,the alarm lamp will light and the alarm ring will sound and the mixer will stop automatically.
2. Easy operation and regulation:
The operation of the mixer is especially convenient.Only turn around the buttons according to the pre-set program,the normal operation can be carried out.The production capacity,water-sugar proportion and gas content can be adjusted without exchanging any parts.
3. Even mixing and accurate proportion:
One time mixing process is adopted,so the mixture is even.The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation.Its precision can reach about 5%.
4. Enough gas content:
The mixer adopts vacuum desoxidation technology at normal-temperature.Its desoxidation ratio reaches above 90%.It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating.So its carbon content is especially high.

CIP cleaning system
CIP(cleaning in place) system is a system, in which, producing equipments(tanks, pipes and valves ect) and whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly in a closed loop without being dismantled or open. It is applied for cleaning of equipments and pipes industries of dairy, beverages alcohol, Agricultural and sideline products. CIP cleaning system is composed of acid tank, alkali tank, hot-water tank, pure-water tank, back-water tank, thick-acid tank, thick-alkali tank, heat exchanger, pumps peripheral valves and pipes. These tanks can be allocated according to technical requirements. Generally, the CIP system only comprising acid tanks, alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficient for requirement of cleaning.

Washing process:take dairy and beverage industry as an example
1. Wash for 3-5 minutes at room temperature or above 60°C hot water; alkali wash for 10-20 minutes, 1%-2% solution, 60°C-80°C; middle wash for 5-10 minutes, clean water below 60°C; Finally wash for 3-5 minutes, clean water.
2. Wash for 3-5 minutes, hot water at room temperature or above 60°C; alkali wash for 5-10 minutes, 1%-2% solution, 60°C-80°C, middle wash for 5-10 minutes, clean water below 60°C, Sterilize for 10-20 minutes with hot water above 90°C.
