II. Design Structure
1. The whole machine uses high-quality components, including 30 Korean Samsung (or Toshiba) Magnetron (1000W), the use of high alumina ceramic seal nozzle makes it high temperature resistant , highly efficient, high load capacity , long service life and a reliable and stable operation. Overheating Protection transformer dy-1000w (high voltage 100KV high quality transformer), air-cooled dual heat protection device. Equipped with 100KV two-in-one high voltage capacitor and silicon heap and high reliability and high-precision electronic circuit design system to ensure that the machine microwave output power of 30KW (adjustable). All electrical and electronic parts and mechanical process debugging is stable and reliable, accurate and reasonable, to ensure a continuous production.
2. This machine uses the food grade brushed stainless steel to make the polyhedron body heating cavity (1.5mm stainless steel manufacture), the heating cavity bottom plate is strengthened to bear the guaranteed weight. The microwave outlet uses the PTFE plate and the special material seal. The special designed phase complementary shape feed mouth guarantees the normal operation of the magnetrons. The superior output matching performance promises the material to be evenly and thoroughly heated. It extends the magnetic control tube and the transformer and other core components' service life.
3. The frame and the outer guard plate is all made of stainless steel.
4. The whole design and manufacturing technology delicates to be of aesthetics and practical. The automatically Power-off chain protection is assembled to prevent microwave leakage, but also make it easy to clean and be observed. The heating box can be directly washed with water. The microwave generator and the power supply are equipped with heat-discharging /dissipation cooling device.
5. The lower part of the heating cavity has a dense natural air intake, the top is equipped with a 1.5KW centrifugal extractor fan.
- In order to achieve uniform heating and sterilization of the materials, special design of a dedicated multiple-open feed mode (the microwave feed can be distributed evenly, so as to achieve slow heating and uniform drying purposes). The material, in the rotation process, forms the scanning style heating, so the material can be uniformly heated.

1. Service packages: the supplier is responsible for telephone guidance regarding to the product installation,technical support and the personnel training. One year warranty. Life-long technical supports.
2. Our commitment: Upon receiving the service requirements, our engineer will provide guidance via phones or video within 2 hours. If on-site service is required, the buyer shall supply engineering personnel round-trip fares and accommodation expenses.
3. Within the warranty, if spare parts are needed, we will have them sent out within 48 hours.
