Main performance & Structure Characteristics
1.Sticky Product (Caramel treats) packing line includes distantiation conveyor, distributing conveyor, repulsion mechanism, turning mechanism, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Caramel treats or other products are separated in rows, opened the distance, and then alignment and being plodded to the automatic feeding and packing unit, which can achieve continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance.
2,Packing speed of one line can achieve to 180 bags/min.
3,The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, the power of single packing line (including the packing machine 3.4KW) is 4.4KW.

Application Scope
Applicable for packing puffed, sticky and cutting foods which are produced continuously and cut completely. Besides caramel treats, it's also suitable for egg-yolk puff, crunchy rice candy, wafer biscuit ,seed candy and so on.
