CNC Vertical Lathe with Milling, Drilling, Boring, Turning function

Feature
1) Axis
3 axis: X, Z, C axis
2) Gantry
The gantry frame is composed of left column, right column, connecting beam, worktable, etc. The gantry frame is connected with the foundation to form a closed symmetrical frame
3) Beam
The beam is placed in front of the column, driven by a double-shaft AC motor, and driven by gears, worm gears, and screw pairs to make the beam move vertically on the column.
4) Worktable
The worktable consists of a worktable, a worktable base, a Spindle component and a transmission mechanism.
5) The worktable is equipped with an encoder to realize closed-loop control. Realize feed per revolution, thread and constant speed cutting and table indexing.
6) The worktable is provided with a locking device to facilitate milling; the worktable has the functions of arbitrary indexing and accurate stop.
7) Worktable Transmission
Opatioin one: Double servo feed motor controls the indexing of the table, the two servo motors are divided into master and slave motors, the main motor provides power to drive the table rotation, the slave motor provides reverse torque to eliminate the gear transmission gap, to ensure the high precision indexing of the table, milling rotation.
Option two: It equipped with C axis box for milling function.
 

Main parameter
It can remove function of milling, boring,  tapping, drilling function and also add grinding function
CXK is for vertical lathe with milling drilling function, CK is for vertical lathe

Training
1. Training in workshops (for free)
2. Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )
1st day: Inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well  
2nd day: demo and teach user to use customer workpieces processing workpiece and See the buyer operating the machine separately
3rd day: Review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.  
Troubleshooting
1. Before delivery :Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality
2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately
3. Use remote monitor to inspection
4. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite  
Maintenance
1. During the warranty: free replace the Damaged or broke part by non-human causes
2. Over warranty :just pay components cost price, we have safety stock for all parts
3. For simple operation issue, through whatsapp/video/phone call deal with directly
4. For difficult issue, invite engineer to help you repair or debugging onsite
