About warranty

The whole machine warranty is 2 years, And the laser source warranty is 3 years.

If problems within warranty period ,we do as following:

1)Electrical components: Switching power supply, AC contactor, Switch buttons. If have quality problem in within 2 years,we sent to you a new one and free.

2).Motherboard and galvanometer have quality problems, We will send the new one to you , But the customer needs to return the old part to us.

3).If the laser source have quality problems,the user need send the fiber laser source back to our company and we will repair it and send back to you free. Note :Product damage by All man-made or accident are not covered.
