This wood chipper, which is specifically designed for wood crushing, boasts high efficiency and reliable performance. The chipper is made up of several systems, including a feeding system, a crushing system, a drive motor, a discharge system, a hydraulic station system (unique to model TR-A80130), and an electrical control system. Let's have a look at its advantages:
1. The feed chain plate in this design is more durable compared to the previous belt transmission.
2. The upper feeding roller, located at the front end of the feed port, forms a forced feed alongside the lower chain plate. This effectively ensures stable material feeding to the rotor.
3. The machine comes equipped with a feeding safety auxiliary device. The upper and lower feedings operate synchronously. The speeds of the upper and lower feeding motors are automatically adjusted by detecting the running current of the main motor. This reduces the frequency of material jamming and machine blocking, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.
4. The knife roller is forged as a whole, eliminating the risk of welding, and making shredding easier and more efficient. The knife roller rotor has undergone a dynamic balancing test, allowing for a more stable machine operation.
5. The overall frame is cast from steel, with the main frame also cast as a whole. This enhances the rigidity of the equipment and ensures a more stable machine operation.
1. The feeding roll is automatically controlled, adapting itself based on the varying diameters of wood waste. This feature eliminates manual intervention, saving labor costs and boosting crushing efficiency as compared to traditional wood chippers.
2. The inner rotary blade, made of alloy steel, provides exceptional hardness and strength. It can be resharpened many times using a sharpening machine which leads to an extended lifespan. This inevitably facilitates easy operation and maintenance.
3. The feeding conveyor we employ is of the scraper chain type, which is more durable and long-lasting than standard conveyors. Workers can use a timber grab to feed the wood into the machine, which is straightforward and speeds up the process.
4. The frame of the wood chipper is constructed from steel casting for added strength, and the large drum roll (internal) is made of highly hard materials. This guarantees increased strength and power, enabling the machine to handle heavy loads easily, making the chipping work smoother and reducing operating costs.
5. We specially designed and installed a belt conveyor to collect wood chips expelled from the bottom of the machine. This innovative design eliminates the need for customers to carry out base and pit construction, providing an added convenience.
