Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a widely used water-soluble polymer in industries such as oil exploitation, papermaking, water treatment, textile, medicine, and agriculture. It is available in three forms: aqueous colloid, powder, and emulsion. Polyacrylamide can be categorized into non-ionic, anionic, cationic, and amphoteric types based on ion characteristics.
