CAA 99.9% Citric Acid Anhydride with Low Toxic

Appearance: colorless semi-transparent crystalline powder.

Main types:
According to the particle size, there are mainly 2 types:
1. 10~40 mesh.
2. 30~100 mesh.

Features:
1. Big solubility in water, alcohol and ether.
2. Among all the sour agents, CAA's acidity is the most accepted by human.
3. Water softening ability, it can combine the Ca2+ and other metal ions (except for alkali metal), and for the compounds (like Calcium citrate), their solubility in cold water is higher than hot water, which is a big advantage in detergent industry.
4. pH buffering ability.
5. Low toxic.

Function and application in food industry:
1. As sour agent in beverages, can, candy, and etc.
2. As sucrose conversion agent in sugar making.
3. As color fixative for fresh vegetables and fruits ( 1% CAA + 1~2% sodium chloride solution).
4. As pH buffering agent and modifiers in various mass production food.
5. As antioxidant in the mass processing of many food.
6. As modifier when combined with sodium bicarbonate in wheaten food.
7. As flavor and smell-remover in salted food and cans.
8. Slower the decline speed of Vc concentration in orange juice.
 
Function in detergent industry:
Replacing STPP to soften water with the following advantages:
1. Environmental friendly with good bi-degradation.
2. Better safety in dish washing and other related detergents which can enter human organs easily.
3. Good chelating ability, not only to Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ but also to other non-alkali metal ions, and the solubility of these chelated salts in cold water is bigger than hot water.
4. Better solubility than STPP, Zeolite.
5. Good pH buffering ability.
6. Rust inhibiting ability which is good for the related equipments and pipes.
7. Thickening agent in liquid detergent system.

1. Citric Acid anhydrous is easily get caked when exposed in air.

2. Relationship / difference between Citric Acid Anhydrous and Citric Acid Monohydrate: The only difference is there is a crystal water molecule in CAM, there is almost no difference in chemical features and applications.

3. We normally list 2 years as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life can be slightly longer than 2 years if it's stocked in good condition (bags are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials).

INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS
Industrial business is our traditional core business, our customers mainly are the local detergent brands, producers and distributors all over the world. Our main products are detergent-use raw chemicals like Sodium Sulphate (SSA), Disilicate (MSD), Soda ash, various surfactant products (AOS, SLES, SLS, LABSA, LAS, AEO...) and etc. Among these products, the disilicate series new type phos-free STPP replacement products are our strong and featured items, our exporting quantity is more than 60% of China's total export.

Our detergent-use raw chemicals are mainly originated in China mainland, but our sources are not limited to China only. To server our customers with more detergent-use raw chemical items, more competitive price and more multiple and stable supply chains, we are developing more and more overseas suppliers to fulfil our global customers' needs.
Our target on this is to become an organizer of the global resources related to the detergent industry.

Beside the detergent-use raw chemicals, we are dedicated in promoting China originated detergent-use production lines and racking systems to our global customers too.

COMMERCIAL BUSINESS
Commercial business is our high-lighted new business department. Customers are mainly laundry shops, cleaning service contractors of public area and those factories with the special needs of equipment or products cleaning.
Based on our wide-scope detergent-use raw chemical items, stable supply chains and years of application experience, we are developing the customized cleaning products for our commercial customers according to their common requests of low price, high efficiency, safe and easy, environment friendly and etc.

CONSUMER BUSINESS
The consumer business is the reason and the ultimate target for the existence of our company. We firmly believe that only the product itself can prove the value and meaning of a company, can mark and maintain the vitality of a company, can eventually fulfil a company's business purpose and social duty.
We are mainly focusing on the consumers of China mainland market. By the advantages of China's fast-growing economy and booming E-Commerce channels, Chinese detergent consumer market is enjoying a rapid developing speed. The market is showing features of more items, more specialized, more liquid items, more concentrated, greener and healthier, longer effect, more new and young brands, and shorter supply chains and etc.
Based on the features of China consumers' market, combining our company's own advantages, we confirmed 4 application scenes as our developing direction, such as laundry, kitchen, household and car-use scenes. For better development of this department, we formed Nanjing XPinhui Daily Chemical Co.,Ltd. In 2020, and built our first detergent pods factory in Henan province with Luoyang Qihang Chemical Co., Ltd., registered the brands of Yike^® and Huibox^®.
Beside our own products and OEM items, we are also dedicated in introducing our industrial customers' featured and cultured cleaning products into China market. Chinese consumers can reach our consumer items in most E-commerce platforms like JD, Tiktok and Taobao.
