The GF series tubular centrifuge, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. The machine achieves optimal separation results when the foreign matter or solid phase in the liquid is less than 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended before operation.
During operation, the mixed slurry is sprayed into the bowl from the bottom inlet. The strong centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their gravity, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids flow to the top of the bowl and discharge from their respective outlets. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually discharged after the machine stops.
