 1.Slitting part:Adopts high quality tungsten steel blade,sharp and long work-life,slice more tidy,non-press and non-burr.
 2.Scoring part:Adopts 5 points scoring,scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
 3.Grinding part: Adopts automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type,it could be grinding when working,which can improve the work efficiencyly.
 4.Electric control lift-down and correct error,easy to operate,suit for different requirements.
 5.Adopts China's famous brand or imported electric element,dependable performance.
 6.Adopts synchronous belt drive,low noisy and work steady.
 7.It can be adopts double machine type,easy and fast change cutting order.
 8.Max. running speed for production line:150m/min.
 9.Inverter control system for driving.Slitters and scorers are inverter controlled, timing belt driven, realizes synchronization of slitting and scoring with cardboard transmission.
 10.Pre-score type.Doublerow scorer realizes auto switching between concave and flat score. 
 11.Automatic adjustment system of gaps between scorers
Gaps between upper and lower scorers are automatically adjusted according to web quality, flute type, number of layers.
 12.Thin-blades
Long-lasting alloyed steel thin-blades.  Automatic selection of slitter sets, automatic sharpening, cooling and lubrication of blades.
 13.Automatic edge-waste suction device
Shifting of edge waste suction inlet is AC servo controlled. Left and right waste suction inlets move automatically, symmetrically and synchronously according to position of border blades. For its transmission are linear guide and timing belt adopted.
