Features:
This product is functioned as a heat carrier, it has the characteristics of low melting point, high heat transfer
efficiency, stable, accurate operation temperature controlling. It is very suitable for heat exchange and heat
transfer process in large scale; it is an ideal replacement for steam and heat transfer fluid. Furthermore, this
product is nonflammable, has no explosion hazard and low toxicity in steam. Under the corrosion speed of
0.1mm/a, it shall apply with ferritic heat resistant steel when temperature is lower than 475ºC and use austenitic steel when temperature is higher than 475ºC.
Application
Excellent heat transfer medium, it is often applied in petroleum, chemical and thermal treatment industries.
It is very applicable for heat exchange and heat transfer process in large scale. It has been widely used in
CSP station for thermal storage.

FAQ 1. Directions for use: Heat transfer molten salt can be heated directly to make it melted in trough or melted by adding water in super-high temperature carrier. Being melted to such a degree to be able to circulate ,then send it to heat-carrying furnace to reach target temperature. 2. Matters need attention: a. Molten salt should be kept clean, do not allow to mix with organic such as charcoal, rosin, reducing substances etc, to avoid arousing fierce chemical reaction. b. At the beginning of heating, controlling heat-up speed strictly, to avoid system temperature unstable. c. Keep flowrate of heat cycling steady, forbid temperature higher than coating temperature. d. Forbid water and organic matter intermingle when being used in high teperature. e. When temperature exceed 550 degree, Molten salt become unstable, it begin to react and release gas. f. When appear quite a lot sediment in heat medium molten salt, should renewal the old molten salt. g.
