Features:
- Adopt the technology of rotary intermittently spraying and washing.This process continued from bottle transmit,bottle clip,bottle roll over, bottle spray washing and drain out to the filling stage.
- Bottle and filling valve port aimed accurately, eliminated the leakage when the bottle is not round or bottle skewed.
- When screwing cap the torsion can be adjusted, so as to ensure the quality of the cap screwing.
- All parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel and meet the GMP standard.
Washing part
1)Bottle clip and sent is made of precision casting SUS304.
2)The rotation of the clip is controlled by the shift device setting under the nozzle.
3)The sealing material contacting with the product is the food grade material which can resist to ozone.
4)Adopt the splash water device in washing water.

Filling part
1) Stainless steel structure: Filling valve is made of SUS304,.There is a guide ring in filling valve which can avoid friction; O rings are high temperature resistant and sealed performance is good. The filling speed is fast and the liquid level is accurate. The finished product storage tank is made of SUS304. and with an automatic liquid level control system.
2) Adopt pump to fill. There are many advantages, such as high filling precision, fast filling speed etc.
3) Sensors are installed which leads to easy operation and maintenance.
