Dongtai Shipfield Safety Device Co., Ltd. is located in Lifesaving & Fire-fighting Industrial Park, Xinjie Town, Jiangsu, China. The company was specialized at developing & manufacturing safety products for marine security and water rescue earliest from 2008.
Generally we are mainly manufacturing lifesaving device of life jackets, life raft, life buoys rings, immersion suits, and fire-fighting devices, fire nozzles in compliance with SOLAS regulation with package solution on Marine Ship-Field.
Fiber glass fire hose cabinet(G Series) are produced by in mold pressing with high strength wall, it′s corrosion proofed, rigid, reliable for the adaption to usage in harsh environment(vessel, ports, warehouse, marine field), we also provide marine fire monitors fire extinguisher racks, hose, nozzle, coupling connectors for customer structuring terminal stations of fire system; We provide personnel fire protection device includes air breathing apparatus, heat isolation, and chemical proof suits for customer choice, Most of out products got approved with CCS/EC/Royal/BV/ABS certifications.
LB-07-2 Rescue tube was developed to follow up EU/AUS standards since 2009, which was worldwide accepted and applied in the field (France, Italy, Southeast Asia, Australia, Canada, Brazil etc., ) other lifesaving products life raft & accessories (silo, racks), life jackets, life buoy, and marine immersion suits, thermal aids is specialized used in the area of Marine to follow up SOLAS Regulation.
We developed Personnel transferring basket (HY/L-10) Series with support from China marine vessel & sea engineering institute, it is inspected and tested by Verification Services Group to comply with APISPEC, 2C regulation for Seashore crane and SOLAS, EC/ABS certification is available as market entering license.
There are 56 employees in the company, include 6 experienced engineers, as well as 8 senior skilled technicians, and there are 40 set of machines, the main equipment include 200 Tons Oil pressing machine, CNC Lathe, Drilling, milling, welding, coating and sewing machine.
