The feeding way for this packing machine is special designed straight auger screw which is made of 304 SS, the straight auger screw will extend to the above the sealing roller to avoid the powder spreading phenomenon to make sure the seal side of the bag neat, gas-tight and beautiful. Also, the machine head for this packing machine is movable, it is easy for you to clean the machine after using it.

2. The adjustment for the grams of the powder is controlled by the computer controller, you can adjust the filling range of the bag via the computer controller imported from America. The measuring for the grams of the powder will be very accurate.

7. With no need for the lubricating oil, our high-temperature bearing design(which imported from Japan) helps our customer save huge amount of maintenance expense. Compare with other factories' bearing bush structure, our bearing design can extend the service life from regular 1-2 months into 2-3 years.
