Automatic Disposable Face Mask Making Machine
The mask machine processes multi-layer non-woven fabric by hot pressing, folding forming, ultrasonic welding, scrap removal, ear strap bridge welding, and other procedures to produce a variety of masks with certain filtering performance. The mask equipment is not a single machine, it coordinates with multiple machines to complete various processes.
1. Equipment introduction:
One horizontal mask production line is mainly composed of a mask body making machine, a mask conveyor machine, and two/one mask ear-belt welding machine. Firstly, it can automatically complete the folding and wrapping of the fabric, and then the machine automatically introduces the nose beam into the edging fabric to make a shaped mask body after fixing length and cutting. Secondly, the mask conveyor machine conveys the mask's body. Finally, the ear-belt welding machine adopts ultrasound technology to weld ear-belt on mask body, automatically records quantity, and then automatically conveys the finished mask to the packing process.
