Tianjin Motor Dies Co., Ltd is a special works which engages in designing and manufactureing large and middle size of inner or outside cover dies for motor body, assembly & welding fixtures and checking quipment.From 1965, we have worked for TJ210E Jeep, TJ740, TJ133 Light duty trucks, Xiali, Huali, Sanfeng mini-bus, etc., thus accumulating a weth of experience in the designing and manufacturing of motor body dies and assembly & welding fixtures and checking equipments.
We applies CAD/CAM. And partial networks of PCs make workstation, PC, and NC machine related together, thus realized resources to be shared and information to be passed quickly, They provide forceful conditions for manufacturing excellant dies, such as highspeed NC boring and milling machines, five-face NC boring and milling machines, highspeed Numeric scanner, three dimensional measuring machines, die sporting presses and punch presses.
