[Product description]

Thermal yellowing refers to the yellowing and fading of light colored fabrics during the processing of nylon / spandex fabrics exposed to various heat sources. The main component of antioxidant sd-3512 is antioxidant with special structure. It is mainly used to avoid oxidation and yellowing of nylon fiber during air heat treatment (heat setting) and contact heat treatment (die forming)

[Features and advantages]

1.Excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation and yellowing;

2.It can effectively prevent the yellowing of polyamide spandex fabric during heat setting;

3.It can effectively prevent the yellowing phenomenon of polyamide spandex fabric during high temperature molding;

4.It can prevent and reduce the smoke fading of fabric;  

[Reference dosage and process]

Impregnation method: the dosage is generally 1-3% (OWF), pH value is 5-7; the immersion temperature is 80 ºC for 20-30 minutes.

Padding method: the dosage is 10-20 g / L, pH value is 5-7

Anti compression mold yellowing 30-50 g / L, pH 5-7

[Note]: the additive may precipitate white crystals at low temperature for a long time. After mixing, it can be used continuously without affecting its performance.

It can also be used with other finishing auxiliaries, but compatibility test should be done in advance.

[Precautions]

For unsealed products, please tie the inner glue tightly and cover the durm cover tightly when not in use.

[Packaging and storage]

50kg or 120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags).

Store a cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent heating, exposure and long-term low temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
