Description:
Tire Liner Fabric
Liner fabric is widely used for the process of rubber calendered. Such as tire, rubber hose , Conveyor belt, rubber sheet and the other rubber products.
It is made of high quality yarn by twisting, parallel and weaving.
We can supply the liner fabric with the Max width of 3600mm, the Max length per roll is 1000m.
Our main products are: PP mono-filament liner fabric , High tenacity PP liner fabric, PVA liner fabric, PP Mesh-filament Liner fabric, High tenacity PP liner fabric, newly- developed liner fabric, Bonded liner fabric etc.

PP mono-filament liner fabric(230gsm)

PP mono-filament liner fabric is consists of high tenacity PP multi-filament and PP mono-filament, with the advantage of high elasticity. Not easy to wrinkle, low hygroscopic per formance, good abrasion-resistant per formence. This fabric is mainly used in Radial Tire production.

High tenacity PP liner fabric(jacquard )

High tenacity PP liner fabric(jacquard ) consists of high tenacity polypropylene multi-filament.
With the advantage of light weight, high tenacity, good abrasion-resistant per formance, smooth surface and low hygoscopic per formence.

PVA liner fabric

PVA liner fabric consists of short PVA fiber and natural cotton yarn.
With the advantage of high elasticity, good hygoscopic per formence and non-skid property.

PP Mesh-filament Liner fabric

PP mesh-filament liner fabric(260gsm)consists of polypropylene mesh-filament and high tenacity PP multi-filament with post -treatment of high-heat formation and environmental coating.
Its advantage includes high elasticity, dust-proof, gofferfree and good insulation.

PP Mixed cotton liner fabric (270gsm)

PP mixed cotton liner fabric (270gsm) consists of high-tenacity polypropylene muti-filament and natural cotton yarn.
With the advantage of high elasticity, good hygoscopic performence and non-skid property.

High tenacity PP liner fabric

High tenacity PP liner fabric(200gsm) consists of high-tenacity polypropylene multi-filament,
with the advantage of light weight, high tenacity, good abrasion-resistant performance, smooth surface and low hygroscopic performance.

Bonded liner fabric

Bonded liner fabric is made from two-layer polyester, two-layer high-density imported sponge, PP mono-filament and five-layer four time flame. Its complicated craft can oushion the deformation of the tire surface. And because of the pressure and improvement of the quality. This fabric is consider as the specialized liner fabric for the tire sidewall liner,(this liner is customerized )
Characteristics:
1.No deformation:
The company adopts special imported yarn raw materials. The transverse stiffness of the pad is large. Product wrinkle less, stable size;
The rubber semi-finished product will not be deformed when the gasket is rolled or separated, and the crease is well avoided.
