Under high temperature aerobic conditions, in the production process of on - line degassing machine for fine aluminum casting, graphite rotor has defects of easy oxidation & break, no friction. A twirling graphite rotor shatters nitrogen (or argon), which is blown into melting aluminum, into profuse bubbles that disperse in the liquid metal. Regarding gas pressure difference and surface adsorption principle, bubbles in the melt absorb hydrogen and oxidation slag inclusion which are taken out to surface of the melt with the rise of the bubbles, so that the melt can be purified.

Working conditions:
Put the impeller end and part of the shaft of a graphite rotor into 690°C-780°C Aluminum liquid, rotation speed 500 RPM, 1-2 hours at a time, work for 4-6 times per day. graphite rotor can also work continuously according to the working condition of the equipment.
