4.Jingtao steel belt guide adhesive V-belt
Jingtao use special tools to make the V-belt stick into back of steel belts tightly to prevent deviation.
The firmly bonded rubber guide adhesive V-belt will balance the steel belt effectively and also prolong the lifetime of steel belt.

Normally 3-4months and if some order is urgent, we will speed up two and a half months

Jingtao steel belt adopts Nippon Yakin Japan brand.
3. Does you a factory directly?
Yes, Jingtao manufactures for more than 20 years and self-construst a new factory in Huzhou ,zhejiang in 2019. Before 2019, which is two and a half driving from Shanghai. our old factory is based on Shanghai before 2019. Now Shanghai is our markinging headquarters.
4.Do you have aftersales service in my country?
In southeast Asia, we have local aftersales service team. And for other country, we arrange after sales team from China directly.
5. Which material does your equipment make granules and how?
Normally it need molten material that is from liquid to solid. And our equipment uses steel belt as a conveyor and water spray as cooling. It has pastillator head, steel belt cooling zone, discharge section, safety section, wheel drum, support section etc.
