Product Introduction

BWG-204 is a special product developed according to the unique characteristics of the organism when it grows. It has special high efficiency for various types of industrial wastewater, especially for textile  wastewater, we got very good treatment results.
We have been continuously improving this product in the past five years, successfully overcome various problems in the actual operation of common micro-organisms, it can be used as biological strengthening technology in the biological aeration tank, to ensure that the treated water to be discharged at higher standard or be reused at higher quality. Solve the problem of biological treatment in short time and get better removal of COD, BOD, NH3-N and TN.
This product is suitable for activated sludge procuct.

The Advantages Of BWG-204 Bio-Cleaning Agent

  1. There are a lot of organism carriers in biological system, it can increase biological tank treatment capacity, greatly improve the shock resistance of biological system;
  2. Solve sludge bulking problem that easily occurs in biological tank;
  3. Increase the COD removal rate to 90% in biological system, remove 50% of TN, NH3-N can drop to almost Zero;
  4. Withstand 4% high salinity environment;
  5. Suitable for all kinds of wastewater, especially for difficult chemical industrial wastewater;
  6. When WWTP has breakdown of biological system because of shock loading or other reasons, BWG can be used as stabilizer to restructure biological system and ensure the stable operation of the system in short time (in one week).
  7. Depending on our application cases' datas from leather wastewater, printing & dyeing wastewater, chemical wastewater, show that when the biological system is running stably, it can reduce usage of other coagulants with WWTP or stop using coagulants, reduce generation of sludge, and greatly reduce the comprehensive cost.

Using Conditions:

  1. BWG-204 is added in aerobic biological tank directly.
  2. 1st day use BWG-204, the dosage is 0.1% of daily wastewater volume, for example, when daily wastewater treatment volume is 4000m3, the first time to add BWG-204 is 4 tons(if biological water stay time is more than 12 hours, dosage is 0.1% of biological tank volume/m3);
  3. After 1st day dosage, every day dosage of BWG-204 is 0.01% of wastewater volume, such as the daily treatment of 4000 m3 of wastewater, the daily dosage is 400 kg.
  4. If used in chemical industrial wastewater, because the chemical wastewater organic matter is very single situation, need to add extra nutritional sources, such as glucose, flour and other easily degradable organic compounds as carbon resource;
  5. Biological conditions must be conducted under the normal biological conditions, such as: PH value to be maintained in the range of 6 to 9, the inlet water temperature not over 47°C, solution oxygen to be maintained in 2 to 5mg/l, sludge concentration to be controlled in around 5000mg/l, SV30 to be controlled over 30%.

Experiment Method in Lab

Equipment: 2000ml measuring cylinder, small air injection system, DO instrument
Wastewater: from inlet of aeration tank, activated sludge from aeration tank
Test COD, NH3-N, and colority of wastewater and treated water
  1. 1st day, have 2000ml Measuring cylinder, add 1000ml (more water, better effect) wastewater from inlet water of aeration tank with activated sludge, add BWG-204 with 1 gram(0.1% of wastewater), continuous inject air for 24 hours to simulate aeration tank environment; (control SV30 above 30%, DO 2-5mg/l  ......)
  2. 2nd day, stop air injection, retain activated sludge, pour out above clean water, replace with the same amount of biological wastewater, add 0.1 grams of BWG-204 (0.01% of wastewater) , keep injecting air. Test COD of the clean water, ammonium nitrogen and other indicators;
  3. 3rd day, stop air injection, retain the activated sludge, pour out the above clean water, replace with the same amount of biological wastewater, add 0.1 grams BWG-204 (0.01% of wastewater), keep injecting air. Test COD of the clean water, ammonium nitrogen and other indicators;
  4. Keep running for 7 days as a round, can stable active bacterium group and the wastewater treatment index, test treated water of COD, ammonium nitrogen and other indicators.
  5. Evaluate the results and removal rate, do some adjustment as biological treatment technology.

Product Effect

  1. After using BWG-204 for one week to one months based on using manual, BWG-204 can greatly improve original biological system efficiency. For example, before using the BWG, the biological system could treat the wastewater COD  value to 145mg/l, after adding BWG, the biological system could treated wastewater COD value at least to 95mg/l or lower, In other words, BWG increases the biological system COD removal by at least 50mg/l.
  2. Under same situation, in actual operation, the treatment result is better than the experiment, for example, in the experiment, the COD drop to 100mg/L, in real operation of wwtp, it could be lower than 100mg/L
  3. After using the BWG-204, the colority goes down 50% comparing with the original biological system, for example, before, colority times is 60, after, it is less than 30 times.
  4. After using the BWG-204, the ammonia nitrogen value goes down more than 70% comparing with the original biological system, such as before is 25 mg/l , after is 7.5 mg/l (the actual number is nearly 0);
  5. After adding the BWG2-4, the total nitrogen (TN) value of the biological effluent decreased by more than 50% comparing with the original system
  6. BWG-204 can make the biological tolerance of not more than 4% salt, can be used for salt-tolerant bacteria

Package and Storage

  1. This product is black powder, packed in 20KG plastic woven bag with inner PE bag.
  2. It should be stored in the room temperature at dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
