Motor and Gearbox
The standardized designof the motor and gearbox provides a wider range of hoists lifting speed, All motors are made in a squirrel cage structurre and are equipped with two and eight pole coil, The gear box is conpressed separately. The design makes easy to install and repaire. The gear box self-lubricating allows the gearbox wheels and bearings to travel morre smoothly.
Friction plate protection device
The frictional load-lifting overload protection plate is provided for the ridding of the reed reloable protection. Special lining design greatly reduces the grinding. The damage rate keeps the entire loading at a high level of safety. And easy to adjust the point from the outside.
Brake
The brake pads are made of asbestos without the danger, which makes the brake. The system can have a long service life,(after the first adjustment of the brake pads can meet more than one millon brake requiremnt) Adjustable brake meets the needs of different working conditions
Rotary Hook
Thesling is designed to be rotatable so that the facilitator can easily lift the cargo and easily control the direction of the hook.
Hanging ear
The movable suspension lug design facilitates the installation and movement of the hoist move. while ensuring that the gourd is fixed in one direction. If there are no hanging lugs,the hoist cna be fixed in other ways, this i wil reduce the net pace of sweetreed and increase the lifting height.
